We offer free standard shipping worldwide.
For US customers: we ship from our US warehouse in Los Angeles, California and our overseas warehouse in Guangzhou, China, depending on product availability. Shipping time: 5-10 business days. Order can't be shipped to APO/FPO military addresses，will be automatically refunded if the order is for military addresses.
For UK, France and Germany customers: we ship from our overseas warehouse in Guangzhou, China. Shipping time: 4-7 business days.
For Australia customers: we ship from our overseas warehouse in Guangzhou, China. Shipping time: 6-10 business days.
For Canada customers: we ship from our overseas warehouse in Guangzhou, China. Shipping time: 10-15 business days.
For other countries, shipping time varies based on the destinations. Please email customer service to inquire about shipping time.
Depending on your destination country's import policies, your order value and the method of shipment, you may need to pay custom duty and taxes in order to clear custom and receive your packages. for your packages to clear custom. Please be aware if you refuse to pay duty and taxes, your packages will remain unclaimed and eventually get destroyed. We will not provide refund in this situation.

Multiple Shipping Addresses
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place an order for each address to which you wish to ship.
Can I cancel my order?
We will make every effort to cancel or update your order if it has not shipped. Please contact us as soon as you realize a change is needed by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Unfortunately, once an item has shipped we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order.
Lost, Damaged or Missing Packages
We are not responsible for orders that are lost, stolen or damaged during shipping. Please double check your shipping address at checkout. For the safety of your packages, please also ensure there is someone to receive the packages at the shipping address at the time of delivery.
