The estimated package arrival time is calculated based on Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3 business days after being placed.
  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
  • We ship from our California or China warehouse depending on product availability.
  • All of our products are made with care by our own team.
  • Our warehouse does not work on weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Time

  • We use third-party couriers (USPS, DHL, SFExpress) for shipping.
  • Below is their guided estimated shipping time. Please select shipping option according to your needs.

Standard

8-12 business days with a flat rate of $8.99. 

Expedited

5-9 business days with a flat rate of $15

Express

3-5 business days with a flat rate of $35. Please contact hello@laitcollection.com for Express help. 

 

Free and Reduced Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders +$49.
  • We offer reduced expedited shipping (a flat rate $7) on orders +$49.

 

Multiple Shipping Addresses

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place an order for each address to which you wish to ship. 


Can I cancel my order?

We will make every effort to cancel or update your order if it has not shipped. Please contact us as soon as you realize a change is needed by emailing hello@laitcollection.com. Unfortunately, once an item has shipped we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order.


Lost, Damaged or Missing Packages

We are not responsible for orders that are lost, stolen or damaged during shipping. Please double check your shipping address and checkout and ensure there is someone to receive the package at the shipping address at time of delivery.
