RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return any item that is unworn, unwashed, and is in its original condition with all original tags and parts attached within 14 days from the delivery date. To initiate your return, please follow the instructions below.
U.S. Domestic: To initiate a return from the US, please email email@example.com with your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for requesting the return. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for your return via email. A return shipping label fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund.
International / non-U.S. Countries: To initiate a return request, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number, items you wish to return, and your reason for returning them. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address to our warehouses in US or China and you will be responsible for shipping the items back.
The original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. Late returns are not eligible for refunds.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received your return and confirmed it is in line with our return policy, your refund will be processed within 2-3 business day(s). You will receive an email confirmation at the time of refund. Please retain your return tracking number for your records to best track this process.
Note, your bank may require additional processing time. Please reach out to them for additional information regarding their processing procedures.
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. Please return your order to us using the process above and then place a new order.
